Superfood Smoothie

This Superfood Smoothie can sustain me for the entire day. This is the recipe that we teach on our 2-day Raw Food Course. It has a simple superfood base of bananas, almond milk, and dates or honey and then we add all the superfoods we can get our hands on.
This smoothie has so much nutritional goodness packed into it, that if I have a glass at 10am I won't need to eat again until 3pm or even 4pm.

1 l water or 1/2 ice, 1/2 water
1 C almond milk  
1 large banana (frozen for cold milkshake)
3 T honey / pitted dates to sweeten
1/„2 t ground cinnamon
1 vanilla pod
5 brazil nuts
1 T hemp protein powder
1 handful goji berries
1 T maca powder
1 T green powder
3 T raw cacao powder / beans / nibs
1 pinch Himalayan rock salt
3 cm wedge fresh aloe ferox
1-2 T coconut oil

Blend everything in a blender.
Pour into a flask and enjoy throughout the day.
